Peninsula Art Foundation (PAF) was founded late 2021 by sculptor Ruth Waters and visual artist Stephen Seymour to further Ruth's vision and mission to establish a permanent Culture and Arts Center in San Mateo County, focusing on the North Peninsula. Read more
